Kiet and Winnie’s Beautiful Ceremony and Portraits on the Philadelphia High Rise

This year has been hard. That’s probably an understatement. While most of the year has felt like a total disaster, I’ve been fortunate to take some time and celebrate love with some wonderful people. Kiet and Winnie were married on May 23rd, 2020, right in the middle of a Pandemic. They didn’t really have an opportunity to move their wedding, because they were moving out of state almost immediately after their wedding. So they adapted and celebrated their love with just a few family members. On top of that, several of their close friends showed up after the ceremony to surprise and honor them (don’t worry, they were all appropriately masked!)

Shortly after that, we walked up to the recently (maybe a year old? I’m not sure!) High Rise. It was extremely empty because it was going to rain within the hour. We spent a few minutes getting portraits, and then made our way to Old City for a few more. At the end of the day, their love was all that mattered. I’m thankful to have been a part of it.
