We all live out our stories in different ways. For some it’s as simple as quality time spent with loved ones, and reminiscing on past memories. For others it might be starting new adventures with friends or a partner. The truth is we’re all telling a story every day. In life we go through pain and frustration at times. But without those, we wouldn’t have the understanding of what triumph and joy is. We wouldn’t know how sweet a victory is if we haven’t suffered a little bit getting there. These milestones in life are the ones that are worth celebrating and documenting. These are the moments where all your friends are surrounding you screaming “Hell Yeah!” - in support of who you are.
We are all here for you. All your family, your friends and I (yes, me too!) are here to honor you on your wedding day! As excited as I am to get to the dancefloor with you guys, I know a lot of planning goes into making your day special. As your photographer, I’ve been to a few weddings and am just a call or text away from any insight you might want. I approach every wedding with the same mentality, how can I tell the story of today in the most real way possible? I’ve found the best way to do that is to just be me. I allow myself to be present and listen to the stories unfold throughout the day.
With close to four full years of weddings, I’ve seen just about everything that you could imagine on a wedding day. These experiences have prepared me for any and all situations that could arise. When something unplanned comes up, I’m right there with you with a solution. The most important thing that I’ve learned is that at the end of the day, you’re married and you’re usually on the dance floor celebrating with a big smile. And I’ll be right there with you, dancing and laughing too.
